Mr. Keith Evelyn, Chief Executive Officer of the Hand-in-Hand Group of Companies, has been appointed Honorary Consul of Belgium in Guyana. Mr. Evelyn recently handed over his Letters of Commission to Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett. Mr. Evelyn is a Chartered Insurer and served as a past President of the Insurance Association of Guyana and also a past President of the Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club.
