The Lions Club of East Demerara last Sunday in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Tabernacle Full Gospel Fellowship Church hosted a medical outreach for the residents of Buxton, East Coast Demerara. The aim of the exercise was to sensitise the community to various health issues such as diabetes and to dispense medication and carry out simple medical checks.
