ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW, Dr. Fenton Ramsahoye, S.C. and Mr. Sanjeev Datadin were, on Tuesday, granted an injunction to prevent the sale, in receivership, of Ocean View Hotel at Liliendaal, East Coast Demerara.

The lawyers acted on behalf of Wilfred Rambarran and secured the grant from Justice Rishi Persaud.

Service of the relevant documentation was effected yesterday on the defendants, Guyana National Cooperative Bank (GNCB) and Courtney Perry, the Receiver.

The judge restrained Perry, by himself, his servants and/or agents or otherwise, however, from selling or disposing of the commercial property, compromising land, buildings, erections and total assets at Liliendaal, as advertised in the Sunday Chronicle of December 6, until December 22, at 10:00 h, when the proceedings will continue in the Commercial Court
