BIG COAT Kissoon recently wrote about the damage to his vehicle windscreen by a flying stone from a weed cutter.

I am in sympathy with him for the suffering he endured and the money it cost him.

However, I am somewhat taken aback why he did not use the BIG COAT to cover the windscreen when he parked his vehicle. Or is it a case where the BIG COAT is strictly restricted to use in libraries?
