Sacked paramour levied on goods for $4M consent judgement

Articles to be sold by public auction
ATTIRED in a provocative outfit, pretty Onnissa Low on Thursday visited the mall and levied from Strawberry Faction, owned by Brian Johnson, a quantity of equipment and clothing valued at $4M, representing a consent judgement by Johnson.

The young woman who was accompanied by a Supreme Court marshal and a Corporal of police was armed with a $4M consent judgement by Justice William Ramlal, in favour of Onnissa Low, and consented to by businessman Brian Johnson.

According to the woman, “the businessman was my former paramour.”The woman told the Chronicle that she and the businessman had lived together for about 8 years.

She added, “After we acquired wealth by our working together, he got rid of me and took another woman.

“I took him to court for my share of the property. In Court he consented to give me $4M.

“But after he failed to honour his consented judgment, I was forced to levy on the property today.”

Electronic equipment and clothing estimated to value about $4M were levied on and taken to the Supreme Court compound, where the commodities will be sold by public auction.

The sale will have to take place before Onnissa could collect her consent judgment.
