Father, son charged with wounding each other

A FATHER and son appeared in Court on Wednesday, charged with wounding each other but the latter was refused bail and the other granted.

Consequently, Kevin Blair, 23, of Lot 292 Independence Boulevard, Georgetown, will remain a remanded prisoner until April 23 while Rudolph Peters, 52, of the same address, was ordered to post $75,000 surety.

Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle transferred the cases to another Court after both defendants pleaded not guilty to having unlawfully and maliciously wounded one another, so as to cause grievous bodily harm, Blair on April 9 and Peters on April 13.

Blair claimed he was just trying to defend himself.
