A NORTH West District man appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle yesterday, charged with having carnal knowledge of his stepdaughter.

The 29-year-old accused was not required to plead to the indictable charge which said he committed the offence, between December 25, 2008 and last January 23, on the 14-year-old girl.
The farmer was remanded to prison until May 6.
