I would encourage the Govt to pass legislation to do so. I live in Canada and everyday, I read about this happening, and if caught, they get a few years and are back out on the streets doing the same thing. Pedophiles are all over the world; for instance they take advantage of kids who lost their parents in the Tsunami.

So I always thought the best solution: CASTRATE THEM!

People in North America believe in too much democracy and rights of these offenders, so it is a little harder; but the fight to stop this must continue.
