Burglary defendant tried thrice before

– virtual complainant
TREAVERN Denny, 28, was yesterday granted $50,000 bail after he pleaded not guilty in a break and enter case.

It was alleged, before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle, that, last January 4, he broke and entered the dwelling house of John Cole with intent to commit a felony.

The virtual complainant, who was in Court said he is afraid of the defendant because he previously attempted to break into his house thrice.

Denny has to be back in Court on March 6.
