A NATIONAL Drama School instructor was yesterday placed on $300,000 bail when he appeared before city Magistrate Lerone Daly, charged with dangerous driving, causing death.It is alleged that Godfrey Naughton, 63, drove his motor car in a dangerous manner to the public, thereby causing the death of Fitzroy Daly.
Naughton having denied the charge, the prosecutor did not object, but asked that he be placed on a substantial amount of bail. Naughton was also charged with failing to render assistance.
The matter is adjourned until September 7.
