Three men are in police custody, pending investigations into the discovery of illegal guns and ammunition in their possession.

A police statement revealed that police ranks acted on information on Thursday, during which the three men were arrested at Turtle Creek, Mazaruni.

The ranks found in their possession an unlicensed .32 pistol with three rounds, an unlicensed .38 revolver with three rounds and an ATV that is suspected to have been unlawfully obtained.
