TEAM Guyana for the first leg of the Seaboard Marine Caribbean Motor Racing Championship yesterday loaded their machines ahead of the May 21 meet.The team includes defending CMRC group 4 champion Kristian Jeffrey’s Mitsubishi Evolution 9, along with his father Kevin’s Evolution, which was loaded yesterday at the John Fernandes Terminal on Mandela Avenue..
Mohan Rangasammy (Mazda Rx7) and Danny Persaud (Mazda Miata) who will compete in both groups three and four were also loaded along with Rameez Mohammed (Honda Civic) and Nazim Gafoor (Mazda Miata).
Mohammed and Gafoor will compete in both Groups 2 and 3.
Group 4 driver Andrew King (Mazda Rx-7) is expected to load on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, on the two-wheel end of things, defending champion Elliot Vieira will lead a team, comprising his cousin Stephen as well as Paul Yearwood and Leroy Cort, on the tour of the Jamwest Raceway.
