SmartSure Guyana app launched for easier marketing

WITH the intention of making shopping and marketing easier, Guyanese Sheldon Blair has just launched his SmartSure Guyana Mobile APP.This new initiative, according to Blair, was formulated since many Guyanese shop online and are more prone to do so because of their geographical locations.

He feels that Guyanese are in dire need of this service since it makes their shopping ventures much easier and simple.
With plans to cover the entire Caribbean, the app will be launched in Antigua this August, as well as in Trinidad and Tobago. Plans are onboard to use this forum to link the entire Caribbean together via this app.
The newly-created app called ‘Smart Sure Guyana’ by local IT Solution company ’Broadlink Development’, was launched on March 20th. The mobile app is an e-commerce solution dedicated to all Guyanese.
SmartSure Guyana App is the first of its kind on the mobile platform and e-commerce industry in Guyana and the Caribbean. The new mobile app allows online shopping (buy, sell and bid) on items locally.
All payments for the SmartStore are secured by PayPal Inc., which makes the app a comfort to users so they can enjoy shopping with confidence in the palm of their hands.
The Mobile App also features a News & Sports section powered by Demerara Waves and News Source Guyana and in addition, entertainment updates powered by the Guyana Chronicle Online.
SmartSure Guyana mobile app has some key highlights:
• Live Radio Player (Free Streaming of HJ 94.1 Boom FM &Radio Guyana)
• Real Estate (Property listing for houses, apartments and office spaces)
• Vehicle Showroom (Listing of vehicles for sale in Guyana)
• Online Orders (Ordering from other websites e.g. Amazon & eBay)
• Cellphone Top-up (Local top-up for Digicel and GT&T subscribers)
• Employment Listings ( Local employment opportunities )
CEO of Broadlink Development, Blair, disclosed that SmartSure Antigua mobile app should be releasing in May 2015, followed by Trinidad in July 2015. The SmartSure services aim to create a localized mobile solution for countries in the Caribbean.
Smartphones & Tablet users will be able to reach markets across their respective country and around the Caribbean in the near future using SmartSure mobile apps.
