Minister of State, Joseph Harmon has announced that Robert Badal is now the new Chairman for the Board of Directors of the Guyana Power and Light Company.

Harmon made the announcement at a Post Cabinet media briefing on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 held at the Ministry of the Presidency.

Badal is the owner of the Pegaus Hotel in Guyana.
