Police College, Harpy Eagles register credible results at NAFMA championships

THE Felix Austin Police College and the Harpy Eagles Martial Arts Academy, which recently competed in the North American Federation of Martial Arts (NAFMA) Championships last weekend at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall came out with credible results.From Harpy eagles, Mark Zaman took first in the Kata division while all three, Nizi Realine, Krystal Realine, and Louis Realine, picked up top honours in the Kata 1st weapon division.
Amitah Persaud picked up a first in Sparring and Kata and also picked up a second in 2nd Weapon.
Gerald Beaton and Maria Roberts also picked up top spots in Kata while Sensei Troy Bobb picked up wins in the Kata and First Weapon Division.
From the police perspective, Teneka Grand and Kisha Clinton were on the podium in both 2nd and 3rd aspects of self-defence.
