It will involve eleven teams from the No 19/Canje area.

At a simple ceremony held recently at the New Amsterdam branch of the Society, Bryan Baker, Supervisor, said that the Society is always charitable and believes strongly in giving back to the community in which it operates to improve the lives of the less fortunate.
He added that the Society always makes significant contributions to the development of sports in the country, referring to the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) and the Berbice Cricket Board NBS-sponsored second division cricket competitions among others.
In response, Hubern Evans, senior coach of the YWCC thanked NBS for such help which will truly make a difference in the lives of many. He promised good publicity for all sponsors and a well-organised tournament. He encouraged other businesses and private entities to follow suit.
