Hailing from a prominent family, Katherina Roshana is far more than a pretty face and a famed name. She has recently been crowned as Miss India Guyana 2013 and is currently preparing to share a stage with thirty nine other contestants all competing for the title of Miss India Worldwide 2013 in exotic Malaysia later this month.
With big dreams, high aims and a closely-knit family beside her, she sets the standard of a model citizen and is an erupting and unstoppable force of

humanitarianism.
Katherina stands as a determined young woman but surprises you with her humble, respectful and enthusiastically colourful personality. She seems to serve as a reminder of the good there is and I’ve had the immense pleasure of meeting this truly fantastic young lady with a golden heart.

Katherina vouches for peace, order, unity and enjoys spreading the gift of education along with her warm, charming smile.
Guyana must certainly be proud to be home to such a wonderful and inspiring person. As the looming date for the Miss India Worldwide 2013 pageant draws nearer and our beloved Katherina prepares herself to step onto an internationally recognised pageantry stage, I would like to congratulate Katherina on her venture this far and wish her all the best in the upcoming weeks.
Representing Guyana at this international level cannot be a simple task and it will take more than Katherina’s winning traits and spellbinding personality to get this extraordinary young lady to where she would like to be, come April 27.
