–before sentencing child sex offender

GAVIN Nero has pleaded guilty to the charge of engaging in sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16 years on the 20th day of February, 2012.Justice Rishi Persaud has ordered a probation report on the accused. The report will be made available to the court on July 24th when sentence will be passed.
Prosecutrix Miss Mercedes Thompson is prosecuting for the chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
