The facts of the case disclosed that following a row with a woman named Latasha Dhanraj, with whom the accused had a relationship, he left on a bicycle when he was attacked by two men. It is said that a third man, Assanah, entered as a peacemaker when the accused stabbed him in the neck with a knife and he died as a result.
