THE Guyana Oil Company (GUYOIL) on Tuesday donated a cheque to the value of $400, 000 to the Alumni and Centenary Association of Berbice High School (BHS) for their week of activities.
The presentation took place at Guyoil head office at 191 Camp Street, Georgetown, where managers of Guyoil handed over the cheque to Grantley Waldrond, a member of the BHS Alumni and Centenary Association.
Berbice High School will host a week of activities to showcase the school’s transformation and development over 100 years through exhibitions and other events from July 31 to August 5, 2016. The opening of the celebrations is slated for July 31, 2016 at BHS.
