A TWENTY-EIGHT-YEAR-OLD father of seven facing a charge of robbery was on Thursday refused bail by Georgetown Magistrate Judy Latchman.
Quincy Letlow of West Ruimveldt, denied the charge that said on October 28, at the corner of Water and Croal Streets, being in the company of another person, he robbed Paul De Nobrega of one gold chain valued at$230,000.
Prosecutor Joel Ricknauth objected to bail on the grounds of the nature, gravity and prevalence of the offence and also on the basis that the defendant had also threatened to cripple the virtual complainant
Bail was refused and Letlow was remanded to prison until November 7.
