CABINET Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon yesterday told reporters that Presidential Advisor Navin Chandarpal’s health is improving, and he is back in Guyana and has attended a recent Cabinet meeting despite his frail disposition.

Dr Luncheon had earlier informed that the best is being hoped for in connection with Chandarpal, who is currently battling cancer.

Chandarpal, who once served as Minister of Agriculture, was recently receiving treatment in New York.
