ALTHOUGH the results are yet to be officially announced, actor-turned-politician, Desmond Elliot is reportedly already celebrating his victory at the recent Lagos House of Assembly polls.

Desmond, who contested on the platform of the APC (All Progressives Congress) to represent the State of Surulere, marked his impending victory by popping some bottles. This in spite of news going the rounds that he was caught bribing voters.
