NINETEEN-YEAR-OLD Amarnauth Ramdeen of Craig Village, East Bank Demerara was shot and injured when robbers entered his home on Good Friday at about 01:45hrs.

Police report that on April 18, 2014, Ramdeen was aroused by noises in his home, and on checking was confronted by three men, two of whom were armed with guns.

One of the men discharged a round that struck Ramdeen in his right elbow as they escaped through an incomplete window.

He has been admitted to a hospital as investigations continue.
