COURTS Guyana Inc. and the Clerical and Commercial Workers Union (CCWU) will today sign a new collective agreement for the period 2014-2015.The signing ceremony, beginning at 09:00 hrs, will take place at the Ministry of Labour, Brickdam, Georgetown.
Chief Labour Officer, Charles Ogle will sign on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, while Courts Managing Director, Clyde De Haas and Human Resources Director Michael Carter will sign on behalf of that entity.
Meanwhile, signing on behalf of the CCWU, the union that represents Courts employees, will be General President Sherwood Clarke; Principal Assistant General Secretary, Andrea Joseph; Branch Chairperson, Laurie Baptiste; and Secretary, Oslyn Mason.
