POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAFFICKING: Mancon Lavin – $200,000; Carol Leon – $250, 000, M. Lavin – $175, 000;
DISCHARGING A LOADED FIREARM WITHOUT LICENCE: Johnny Rivas – $200, 000;
POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT LICENCE:
Johnny Rivas – $2, 300, 000.
