The ruling People’s Progressive Party / Civic (PPP/C) has named Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Elisabeth Harper, a career diplomat, as its Prime Ministerial Candidate for the upcoming General and Regional elections slated for May 11.
