Layne gets 9 months for tossing bag over jail walls

FORTY-year-old Anthony Layne, who threw a bag containing prohibited items over the New Amsterdam Prison walls, was sentenced to nine months imprisonment by Magistrate Peter Hugh, during a video hearing at the New Amsterdam Court.
