Several persons are now homeless following a fire at Cummings Lodge, East Coast Demerara this morning.

Reports are that the fire was first observed sometime around 1100hrs at the home which stood at ‘8th’ Field, Cummings Lodge.

The Guyana Fire Service is investigating the cause of the fire.
