National Library launching ‘Smart Skills Programme’

THE National Library will be piloting a “Smart Skills Programme” to improve functional literacy in the employable age group. The goal is to expose and teach individuals between the ages of 17-35 years how to effectively apply literacy skills with confidence and have less dependency on others for assistance. This programme would be launched on February 26, 2019 at 14:00hrs in the Conference Room of the National Library, a release said.
