LANCE Corporal Clain Dhanraj, who joined the Guyana Police Force seven years ago, could never imagine that at age 25, he would emerge as the best cop for ‘G’ Divison.

He was named best cop during the Force’s Christmas incentives programme held Wednesday morning at the Guyana Police Force Headquarters Square, Eve Leary, Georgetown.

Dhanraj received a plaque and $100,000 in cash. After receiving his incentive, Corporal Dhanraj said he felt great and will continue to serve with the highest level of professionalism.

The young cop said he remains committed at all times and enjoys being a cop. Dhanraj, who joined the Force on October 13, 2011, is the eldest son of his parents and resides at Number Nine Village, West Coast Berbice.
