GKF hosts successful 2018 Junior Championships

THE Guyana Karate Federation yesterday successfully hosted its 2018 National junior championships where over 70 students participated.

The event, held at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, saw athletes from ages 8-18 competing in both kata and Kumite events.

The day featured in excess of nineteen events that showcased the competitive side of the youths.

Chronicle sport will provide an update on the championships in a subsequent edition.
