THREE men yesterday appeared before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly on a charge of having a stolen pressure washer in their possession.

It was alleged that on April 10, 2018 at Georgetown, the men had in their possession a pressure washer, either stolen or unlawfully obtained from Darian La Rose.
Jermaine McLeod, of Meadow Brook, Kenrick Charles of 110 Eccles Park (E.B.D) and Michael Hore all pleaded not guilty to the charge.

According to facts given in court by Prosecutor Sanj Singh, on the day in question the police were on mobile patrol when they stopped a motor car in which the defendants were travelling. A search was carried out in the car and the pressure washer was found in the trunk. The defendants were questioned about ownership of the item, but none gave a tangible explanation.

Bail was granted by the senior magistrate in the sum of $50,000 each .The matter was adjourned to April 27, 2018.
