A BEL AIR, Georgetown resident who was on Thursday morning robbed by two bandits, quickly reported the matter to two policemen on motorcycle patrol who then confronted the men in the community.

One of the men, who was armed, began to run while the other escaped in another direction.

The police gave chase behind the suspected robber who was armed but the man managed to escape in the heavy bushes in front of the Education Ministry’s Department of Culture, Youth and Sport, Sophia Training Centre. Police are continuing the search.
