–to enhance their community

THE Men’s Ministry of the Mocha Seventh Day Adventist Church on Sunday came together to spruce up the community’s bus shed and its environs.
According to group leader, Mr Carl DeMattos, seeing that they’re usually involved in community service, they decided that this time around they would repaint the bus shed, clear the bushes, and plant a few decorative plants.
The Men’s Ministry comprises about 40 males from Mocha, aged as young as 15. Previously, the group had done street-cleaning and services for homeless persons. They’re also the driving force behind the village’s “Welcome to Mocha” sign.
