THE first-ever day/night grasstrack meet will be staged tomorrow at the Anna Regina Community Centre ground from 16:00hrs.
In an invited comment yesterday, chief organiser Sheik Yassin indicated that a total of 27 daredevils are expected to compete across three different categories.
There will be five Professional races (12 laps per race); three Novices (10 laps per race) and two for Newcomers (10 laps per race).
Meanwhile, according to Yassin, 2016 champion Andrew Wong is set for a return. He noted that with Wong’s return, current leader Steven Nobrega will definitely face a tough challenge.
Further Yassin indicated that the venue is in excellent condition. Admission to the venue is $1000 for adults and $500 for children.
