THE National Chairperson and Executive Members of the National Congress of Women (NCW), the women’s arm of the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) extend congratulations to Justice Roxanne George-Wiltshire, SC, and Justice Yonette Cummings-Edwards on their appointments as Chief Justice (ag) and Chancellor (ag) respectively for the Judiciary of Guyana.
