The driver of this minibus has been observed over the past several weeks driving in a reckless manner along the East Bank of Demerara . The minibus in question is one of several which ignore the traffic regulations by collecting passengers on the “Hot Plate” at the minibus park in the city.
The bus was observed this week swerving in and out of the traffic along the roadway between Houston and the Demerara Harbour Bridge almost daily, cutting in front of other motorists along the way. Some passengers who are familiar with the driver reported that they are sometimes told to exit the bus when concerns about his driving are raised.
