CITY Magistrate Alex Moore yesterday fined Fitz Hooper $15,000, with an alternative of a three-month term of imprisonment for narcotics possession.
Hooper, of 3282 South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, pleaded guilty to the charge which read that on Tuesday, December 29, in Georgetown, he had in his possession five grammes of cannabis, which he claimed was for personal use.
