THE body of miner Raychand Mangal, 46 years, of Buddy’s Housing Scheme, Providence, East Bank Demerara, was found at his home at about 20:00hrs on Saturday with what appeared to be a bullet wound to the head.Police said in a release yesterday that they are conducting investigations but it is believed that Mangal, who was a licensed firearm holder, may have committed suicide by shooting himself through his mouth. An apparent suicide note was found and the firearm has been recovered by the police.
