Trophy Stall on board for Everest centenary dominoes

THE Everest Cricket Club centenary dominoes tournament which also coincides with Guyana’s 48th Independence anniversary celebrations is set for today at the club’s pavilion, Camp Road, starting at noon.The tournament is being staged as part of the club’s continuing year-round celebrations and caters for 18 teams and will be played on a two-round aggregate basis.
Trophy Stall, through its managing director Ramesh Sunich, is the proud sponsor of the first, second and third placed trophies and he’s expected to be on hand to present the prizes at the conclusion of the tournament.
The winning team will also receive $100 000, second $80 000 and third $60 000. Entrance fee per team is $15 000.
