NIGEL Roberts (no address given) was, yesterday, bonded to keep the peace for a year after being reprimanded and discharged on an abusive language charge.
Particulars of the offence said on March 16, in Da Silva Street, Newtown, Georgetown, he abused his sister, Joanne Chung.
The defendant pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell and his lawyer, Mr. Paul Fung-a-Fat asked for the reprimand, stating that the matter was of a petty nature.
But the virtual complainant told the court she would like her brother to stay out of her affairs and keep well away from her, lamenting that this is not the first occasion he had started an unnecessary argument with her.
