Break and enter defendant remanded

TRAVIS Porter (no address given) appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday, charged with break and enter and larceny.

Particulars of the offence said, between January 26 and 27, he broke and entered the dwelling house of Akeema Williams and stole one laptop computer and tablet, valued total of $435,658 but he pleaded not guilty.
Police Sergeant Vishnu Hunt, prosecuting, successfully objected to bail on the grounds of prevalence and seriousness of the crime and the defendant was remanded to prison until March 28.
