BCB took a principled and united position concerning GCB elections

THE Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) would like to make it quite clear that none of its elected or appointed officials was present at the Guyana Cricket Board’s Annual General Meeting held last Sunday.

The Board notes with some concern some reports in the printed and electric media that officials from the BCB were present or were in the capacity of observers.
The BCB took a principled and united position concerning the Guyana Cricket Board Annual General Meeting and elections.
Two of the Berbicians present at the Annual General Meeting have no official positions on the Berbice Cricket Board but they attended our last Annual General Meeting as representatives of West Berbice, while the other Berbician at the meeting was invited to the meeting as he was/is employed by that body as one of its coaches.
The entire elected and appointed executives of the Berbice Cricket Board stand united and would continue to work as a team.
