SHAWN Anthony (no address given), who pleaded guilty to threatening  and abusing his sister, Wendy Anthony, was put on a bond, yesterday, to keep the peace for one year.
Before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, he admitted that he committed the offences on July 10. Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, said, on that day, the defendant went home under the influence of alcohol and became annoyed when the virtual complainant told him his room was dirty.
The Prosecutor said he verbally abused his sibling, then threatened to bash in her teeth with a hammer and go away to Cayenne.
The probationer told the Court that his sister covets the room in which he is staying and they exchanged words.
He confessed to telling he would beat her but said he did not hit her.
