AFC an arm of the PNC

THE majority of Guyanese are now witnesses to what most people were saying all along that AFC is just an arm of PNC. APNU of which the PNC is the largest grouping, and AFC contested the November election as separate political parties, but once they gained majority parliamentary seats the APNU and the AFC are acting as one.
If elections were to be held today, Guyanese will see a new AFC leader in Nigel Hughes.
Prior to the last election, Khemraj Ramjattan did not gain or pulled PPP/C supporters, it was former PNC member Raphael Trotman who got the disgruntled PNC supporters’ votes.
Last election again, Ramjattan failed to gain any PPP/C disgruntled supporters’ votes, notwithstanding this group, perhaps, voted for the AFC in support of Moses Nagamootoo.
Those who joined the PNC in forming this so-called APNU will soon find themselves in the very predicament as Ramjattan.
So far the only say they have is to go along with everything PNC and AFC say and do in Parliament.
They have become YES people to PNC.
GECOM will not open the ballot boxes for verification to put a final legal count to let the nation know who truly won the last election.
PPP/C will continue to say they were cheated of a majority. APNU will continue to cry they were cheated by GECOM and PPP/C of winning the Presidency.
Also since APNU and AFC act as one in Parliament they could now be joined at the hips together as one and contest new elections.
