Mark Archer using Kaieteur News for his dirty work

IT was coming, and now, it is amusing. I am speaking here of the man, Mark Archer. In the recent past, this letter writer has seemingly outdone himself in attempting to write evil about Guyana and the PPP/C. In his rage and fury, he only succeeds in ‘blinding himself.’ So in the end, his lies’ are being now exposed. He is forced to apologise, in order to gain a measure of credibility.
First, I put forward that Mark Archer is simply a man who does no kind of background check nor seeks to verify before spewing his daily nonsense. So it is this that led him to attribute remarks made by a TUF official to Raphael Trotman of the AFC.
The attack on Trotman was vicious and personal in just the same manner his daily anti-PPP rantings are carried out. And it therefore begs the question; that if he wrongly lambastes a person, based on false information, how can anyone take him seriously?

This is exactly what he has been doing as far as the PPP/C is concerned. Archer has been passing out, through Kaieteur News, lies, accusations, suspicions, personal beliefs, character assassination, etc. He is not credible.

I have a feeling that he only apologised because he was heading for some kind of trouble – maybe legal too, with Raphael Trotman.

This brings back memory of what Kaieteur News did when the claim was made, that Sasenarine Singh’s libellous letter  (All Hail the Boy Emperor) was retracted (again after the fact) with an excuse of its ‘inadvertently slipping through’ and that the edited version was supposed to have been printed. So the distinct impression is that Kaieteur News as well seems to be in the habit of engaging in ‘rumour mongering.’

I suppose that it is time for more apologies-Mark Archer has been using Kaieteur News to do a lot of ‘dirty work.’

I think he should retract the abundant lies he has passed on; say ‘sorry’ to the people he has hurt and misinformed; and promise to change. Who knows, maybe, he would be forgiven.
