ROGER Waterman and Ramchand Harinarine were, yesterday, granted $50,000 bail each, on a joint simple larceny charge.
Before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus, at Vreed-en-Hoop Court, they pleaded not guilty to having, between November 15, 2010 and January 3 last, stolen furniture and building materials, valued $394,000, property of Bibi Fazeela Khan.
The defendants will make their next Court appearance on June 15.
Meanwhile, Asha Devi Trotman, 25, of Lot 24 Stewartville, also on West Coast Demerara, pleaded not guilty to a similar offence.
It was alleged that, on March 8, at Vreed-En-Hoop, she stole $60,000 from Sunita Bolaram.
Trotman was ordered to post $40,000 surety and return to Court on July 5.
