Berbice sleuths  have recovered a 9mm pistol , following a raid on a cash crop farmer at Mibicuri , Black Bush Polder.
The discovery was made shortly after 20:40hrs on Thursday , when the police, acting on information, went to the cultivating plot in the agriculture community. Following , find in a clump of bushes, the police  arrested a 30-year-old who is currently in police custody.
The recent discovery  brings to eleven the number of guns recovered recently mainly in East Berbice.
A revolver, was the lone find at Fort Wellington , West Coast Berbice, this year.
