David Livan

DAVID Livan of Lot 4 Airy Hall, Essequibo Coast, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following investigations into a fatal accident that occurred on February 14, 2009, at Hibernia Public Road which resulted in the death of pedestrian Uvendra Seeram of Middlesex, also on the Essequibo Coast.
As a consequence, his driver’s licence has been suspended pending the outcome of the matter, the Police reported yesterday.
